Mechanical Dust Collectors

Our heavy-duty construction ensures minimal maintenance, while providing maximum collection efficiency. The unique bell-shaped inlet reduces unnecessary draft loss, saving energy. Tube sizes vary for dust characteristics. Module construction reduces installation costs.

Double Flap Valves

Double and single dust valves for bins and hoppers cast in 8 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch sizes, operated electrically or pneumatically.

Field Repair, Erection, and Installation

Our field crews are experts in the installation of all types of gas/air systems. On-site machining is available for shafts and journals.

Preventative Maintenance

All rotating equipment can suffer the destructive forces of vibration. Our on-site analysis of rotating machinery results in a computerized projection of performance and possible failures that will facilitate scheduling repair.
