Portable and Small Dust/Fume Collection Equipment

All dust collectors are standard with spark resistant, self-cleaning, cast aluminum, radial wheels and Totally Enclosed (TEFC) motors. Explosion Proof (EXP) motors are available on most models. The 2 Stage filtration design provides much higher filtration efficiencies than single stage collectors. Heavy duty, 14 gauge steel blower housings are standard on all portable models and 10 gauge steel housings are standard on central system models. Standard dust bags will filter 99% of 10 microns on all 1/3-3/4 HP models, 99% of 5 microns on all 1-5 HP models and 99% of 1 micron on the 7-1/2 HP model. Optional dust bags to filter 99% of 1 micron are also available on all 1-5 HP models. When properly installed, you won’t need a shop-vac to sweep the floors. Our dust collectors capture the dust before it ends up on the floor and provide a much safer working environment.

All fume exhauster models come standard with continuous duty (not duty rated), TEFC motors. Explosion Proof (EXP) motors are available for most models. The spark resistant feature of our Fume Exhauster-Blowers, with EXP motors, is a requirement for explosive environments. All units are self-contained with 10 feet of hose and intake nozzle.

Multicyclone Dust Collectors

Multiclone dust collectors are a type of air handling equipment that removes dirty particulate (typically 15 microns and larger) from the airstream that can cause erosion and premature wear to other downstream equipment like centrifugal fans and ductwork.
